Admission Procedure
Admission to the Academy will be made on the basis of pre-admission test, purely on merit and according to the availability of seats.
Admission tests are generally held in the months of December to June. Registration for the admission test should be done in advance in the school office.
Application forms should be submitted along with a copy of the Birth Certificate for registration. On being given admission, the following documents should be submitted.
1. Attested copy of Birth Certificate Caste.
2. Report card of the last school attended.
3. Transfer Certificate duly counter signed by the authority concerned of the Education Department.
WITHDRAWAL
If a child has to be withdrawn from the school, a clear one calendar month’s notice in writing must be given. If such a notice of withdrawal is not given, one month’s fee will have to be paid. The annual charge already paid will not be refunded.
SYLLABUS FOR ADMISSION TEST
CLASS I
English :
- Name of Fruits, Flowers, Vegetables, Birds, Animals etc.
- Short questions like what is your name?
Maths :
- Number, Table, Addition with Carrying.
- Subtraction with Borrowing.
G.K. :
- Common Matters, Current Affairs.
- Subtraction with Borrowing.
Class Il on wards :
- Based on the prescribed books of the last year’s syllabus in English, Hindi, Maths, Science, Social Studies and G.K.
