Central India Academy (affiliated to CBSE) is a co-educational institution established on 4th July, 1997 with 200 students in glass KG to IV standard with the addition of two more classes in 1998 and one class thereafter, the school is presently from Nursery up to class XII. The Academy is managed by Dewas Sunrays Education Society, a registered body consisting of well experienced highly qualified and professionally competent persons.
The aim of the institute is to import quality education and develop the latent potential in the child. We also hope to bridge the gap between theory and practice and make education more meaningful.
The School has a total of 4 lakh square feet area of land and is situated on the Bhopal Road. The main school building is a unique one and first of its kind in the city. It is a two floored building with the second floor Room having pyramidal sloping roofs, which make the building very distinctive. The classrooms are hexagonal in shape, very spacious and well ventilated. This shape ensures that every student gets sufficient sitting and moving space and also reduces the distance between the teacher and the taught.
All the classrooms are provided with the latest design in furniture which offers greater comfort to the students. The classrooms are also well equipped with fans and tube lights and non-shine boards which make it easy for the students to copy from the board without causing any strain or inconvenience. The extensive playgrounds at rear and side of the school building offer educate space for recreational activities, sports and games.
